Ask your vet. Maybe benadryl, or maybe gabapentin.

My family had a dog who vomited EVERY TIME we had to take him anywhere in the car. So the only place he went in the car was to the vet! It wouldn't have been so bad if he'd been a small dog...he was a German Shepherd.
